Man charged in second killing

— BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (AP) — A Birmingham man already charged with one killing has been charged with another.
Police say 25-year-old Martez Seay was charged on Tuesday with murder in the killing last November of 27-year-old Gregory Shelton Jr.
Birmingham homicide Sgt. Sam Noblitt said Seay and Shelton knew each other and that the slaying resulted from an argument between the two.
Seay is charged with murder in the Shelton case. Seay is already charged with capital murder in the May 3 slaying of Lonnie Vaughan of Vestavia Hills.
