Lyndon Campbell was a dentist in Athens, but also a pastor, a father, a son, a missionary and a friend.
On Saturday, March 16, he suffered a massive stroke and died Tuesday, March 19.
He owned and operated Athens Dental Service with business partner Dr. Philip Tregoning. The staff and Dr. Tregoning have been working since Campbell’s burial on Friday, but it’s obvious a large presence is missing.
“He was always so outgoing,” said Nanette Ausley, Campbell’s dental assistant.
She was at home late Saturday night when the phone call came that Dr. Campbell suffered a stroke and had been taken to the hospital.
