County arrests

The Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported the following arrests Wednesday:

• Mary Ann Haygood, 32, of 409 Richard Arrington Boulevard, Birmingham, two counts of negotiating a worthless negotiable instrument

• Joel Millard Holt, 34, of 21881 Oakland Meadows, Athens, two counts of negotiating a worthless negotiable instrument

• Jennifer Michelle Kimbrough, 33, of 145 Leather Tree Lane, Madison, second-degree theft by deception

• Justin Wayne Ridinger, 27, of 21298 Myrtlewood Drive, Athens, harassing communications

• Danielle Grace Sizemore, 25, of 21351 Holt Road, Athens, three counts of violating terms of probation on previous convictions for negotiating a worthless negotiable instrument and failing to appear or pay on second-degree possession of a forged instrument

County thefts

The Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported the following thefts Wednesday:

• Two conveyor roller assemblies valued at $1,000 stolen Tuesday from 24000 block Flanagan Road

• Sylvania brand flat-screen television valued at $494 stolen during burglary Tuesday in 28000 block Copeland Road

City arrests

The Athens Police Department reported the following arrests Wednesday:

• Harold Brent Benford, 45, of 2114 Luke St., Athens, possession of a pistol without a permit and first-degree possession of marijuana

• Daniel Lee Marston, 48, of 1321 E. Elm St., Athens, driving under the influence of alcohol and possession of a controlled substance

• Kenyon Syvell Ingram, 23, of 821 E. Vine St., Union City, Tenn., third-degree domestic violence

City thefts

The Athens Police Department reported the following thefts Wednesday:

• Doorframe valued at $250 damaged Monday or Tuesday due to criminal mischief at 414 N. Clinton St.

• Concrete bench seat valued at $300 damaged Tuesday due to criminal mischief at 220 Fitness Way

• Black and silver Coach brand purse and contents valued at $50 stolen Monday or Tuesday from 100 E. Sanderfer Road, No. 158

• One autographed Yu-Gi-Oh! brand trading card, miscellaneous Yu-Gi-Oh! and Chaotic brand trading cards, Guitar Hero game controllers, miscellaneous DVDs, Sony brand Wii game system with 15 games, and Dynex brand 32-inch flat-screen LCD television, total value $2,920, stolen during burglary Sunday or Monday at 203 Woodridge Drive

• Watch and wallet valued at $60 stolen between April 17 and Tuesday from 700 W. Market St.

Athens-Limestone Hospital reported no admissions or discharges Wednesday.
