• Marshall Glenn McCafferty, 45, of 26526 Bethel Road, Elkmont, public intoxication

• Jennifer Michelle McCune, 29, of 24308 Frank Gossett Road, Athens, second-degree theft

• James Devin Ray, 35, of 19910 Elkton Road, Athens, distribution of a controlled substance

• Christopher Todd Schuster, 45, of 17984 Circle Drive, Athens, third-degree domestic violence (assault) and attempting to elude

• Carolyn Bevil, 69, of 500 Elkton St., Apt. A-16, Athens, negotiating a worthless negotiable instrument

• Justin Tyler Young, 33, of 4002 Bow St., Cleveland, Tenn., DUI and speeding

County thefts

Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported the following thefts Monday:

• ATHENS — Five-gallon gasoline can with gasoline, valued at $19, taken during burglary between Sept. 20 and 21 in 13000 block New Cut Road

• ATHENS — Droid iPhone, valued at $400, and purse with cash, cards, and checks, valued at $1,500, taken during the breaking and entering of a vehicle in 26000 block Camden Court

• ATHENS — Wallet with contents, valued at $50, taken during the breaking and entering of a vehicle between Sept. 22 and 23 in 18000 block Easter Ferry Road

• ATHENS — Computer tower, valued at $100, taken in burglary Sept. 23 in 18000 block East Limestone Road

• Kayak and two paddles, total value $450, stolen between Sept. 2 and 23 from Blue Springs boat dock

• T-Mobile brand Blackberry cellphone, valued at $500, stolen Sept. 20 at U.S. 31 and Huntsville-Browns Ferry Road

• Lauren Elizabeth Dunscombe, 27, of 4212 N. Chesapeake, Birmingham, two counts of fraudulent use of a credit card

• Ashley Morgan Johnson, 19, of 17112 Stone Valley Drive, Athens, breaking and entering a vehicle

• Brandon Tyrone Lane, 27, of 405 Vine St., Athens, breaking and entering a vehicle

• Walter Lee Leslie, 54, of 839 Strange Road, Athens, unlawful distribution of a controlled substance

• Rachel Elizabeth Myers, 19, of 1301 Ryan St., Athens, breaking and entering a vehicle

• Misty Dawn Stults, 35, of 431 Pryor St., Athens, third-degree domestic violence

• Electric Troy-Bilt brand mini-tiller, valued at $200, stolen between Aug. 28 and Sept. 15 from 17000 block Noble Circle

• Criminal mischief to driver door window of Chevrolet Impala, estimated damage $300, between Sept. 21 and 22 in 100 block McClint Street

• $3 cash stolen Sept. 22 from 1300 block West Hobbs Street

• $800 cash stolen Sept. 23 from 1800 block Levert Circle

• Apple brand cellphone, Phillips brand DVD player, three Vera Bradley brand handbags, Marilyn brand tanning lotion, checkbook, credit/debit cards, driver’s license, wallet and contents, Juicy Couture brand perfume, Viper keyless entry and four miscellaneous prescription pills, total value $816, taken during breaking and entering of a GMC Yukon Sept. 23 in 200 block Milton Road

• Samsung brand cellphone charger, $5 cash and $10 in quarters, taken during a no force residence burglary Sept. 23 in 1300 block U.S. 72 East

• Car charger, valued at $15, stolen from Chevrolet Avalanche Sept. 23 in 700 block Milton Lane

• $200 damage estimate from window broken out of Jeep Wrangler Sept. 23 in 100 block U.S. 31 North

• Justin brand cowboy boots, valued at $120, stolen Sept. 23 from 100 block Bates Street

• Golf clubs, bottle of pills, Tom Tom GPS with charger, Bushnell brand range finder, golf club iron and Paris souvenir in a bag, total value $1,104, taken during breaking and entering of a vehicle Sept 23 in 600 block Bates Street

• Check No. 3053, insurance papers, back pack with notebooks and a loan card, no value listed, taken during breaking and entering of a vehicle Sept. 23 in 100 block Bates Street

• Stanley brand 25-foot tape measure and hammer, Cobalt brand knife, work belt with pouch, Remington brand safety glass, Garmin brand GPS and Mossy Oak brand steering wheel cover, total value $210, taken during breaking and entering of a vehicle between Sept. 22 and 23 in 500 block Bullington Road

• Clothing, valued at $25, stolen Sept. 23 from 600 block Jefferson Street
