County arrests

The Limestone County Sheriff's Office reported the following arrests Tuesday:

• Robert Earl Willoughby, 48, of 300 block Evergreen Drive, Winfield, negotiating a worthless non-negotiable instrument

• Chad Allen Siniard, 40, of 1200 block Grant St. East, Decatur, bond revoked on previous charge of driving under the influence of alcohol

• Raymond Curtis Pruitt, 22, of 18000 block Yarbrough Road, Athens, bond revoked on previous charges of possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute, possession of a controlled substance, first-degree possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia - first offense and possession of a concealed weapon without a permit

• Mercedes Marie Weeks, 26, of 17000 block Brownsferry Road, Athens, probation violation on previous conviction for possession of drug paraphernalia - first offense

• Marcus Jabrill Smith, 28, of 20000 block Tillman Mill Road, Athens, violation of Limestone Community Corrections Program on previous conviction for distribution of a controlled substance

• Cleabron Ray King, 35, of 27000 block Holland Gin Road, Elkmont, warrant arrests for five counts of fourth-degree theft, possession of a controlled substance - methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia - first offense and resisting arrest

• Kandes Elizabeth Lambert, 29, of 19000 block Looney Road, Athens, bond revoked on previous charges of two counts of murder and one count of first-degree robbery

County thefts

The Limestone County Sheriff's Office reported the following thefts Tuesday:

• ATHENS — TCL ROKU TV, Xbox with five games, Dremel rotary tool, three rings, JDL radio, window air-conditioning unit, wire dog box and Dirt Devil vacuum cleaner, total $1,760, stolen between June 1 and 8, 26000 block Capshaw Road

• ELKMONT — Four printer ink cartridges valued at $140 stolen June 8 or 9, 26000 block Miller Lane

City arrests

The Athens Police Department reported the following arrests Tuesday:

• James Arville Harvey, 52, of 600 block U.S. 31 South, Athens, fourth-degree theft of property

• Rohn Everett Pruett, 65, homeless, Athens, two counts of third-degree criminal trespass

City thefts

The Athens Police Department reported the following thefts Tuesday:

• University of Alabama tag of unknown value stolen June 9, Applebee's restaurant at 1331 U.S. 72 East

• Merchandise valued at $14 stolen June 10, Walmart at 1011 U.S. 72 East
