• Charlie Wayne Phillips, 45, of 26000 block Salem Minor Hill Road, Lester, warrants for first-degree criminal mischief (damage to private property) and first-degree theft, probation revocation on previous conviction of possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute and bond revoked on previous charge of possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute

• Baylee Shiann Burnette, 20, of 18000 block Tillman Mill Road, Athens, warrant for unauthorized use of a vehicle

• Carlton Roberts, 55, of 27000 block Pinedale Road, Ardmore, harassment, resisting arrest and third-degree domestic violence (harassment)

• Kelly Ann Finney, 32, of 24000 block Flanning Road, Athens, possession of drug paraphernalia

• Jimmy Ashworth, 49, of 16000 block West College Street, Pulaski, Tennessee, public intoxication

• Kimberly Jaharda Cardenas, 28, of 16000 block Huntsville-Browns Ferry Road, Athens, possession of drug paraphernalia and bond revoked on previous charge of disorderly conduct

• Jordan Reed Hinkle, 28, of 1000 block Marshall County Road 479, Albertville, possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle

• Anthony Leon Holt, 59, of 24000 block Wagon Trail, Athens, warrant for attempt to elude by any means

• Humberto Torres Lopez Jr., 39, of 13000 block Blackburn Road, Athens, possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a firearm without a permit

• Lisa Carol Blankenship, 56, of 21000 block Cairo Hollow Road, Athens, third-degree domestic violence (harassment)

• Jeffrey Lynn Bentley, 57, of 10000 block Griffith Road, Tanner, possession of drug paraphernalia

• April Anderson McCahill, 35, of 15000 block McCormick Lane, Athens, third-degree domestic violence (assault)

• ATHENS — Red 1996 Ford Ranger valued at $5,550, .380-caliber Ruger LCP pistol valued at $350 and .22-caliber Ruger 10/22 rifle valued at $350 stolen July 3, 700 block West Market Street

• ATHENS — 46-inch Dolaro TV valued at $100 and Cool Living air conditioning unit valued at $130 stolen July 3, 17000 block Huntsville-Browns Ferry Road

• ANDERSON — Electrical wiring valued at $1,000 stolen between July 1 and 2, 26000 block Union Hill Road

• ELKMONT — .25-caliber Phoenix pistol valued at $200 stolen July 3, 20000 block Sandlin Road

• ATHENS — 9 mm Glock G17 pistol valued at $550 and Safari Land holster valued at $30 stolen between July 4 and 5, 23000 block Cottonbelt Road

• MADISON — Apple iPad computer valued at $900, Apple iPad 9 computer valued at $900, black AT&T bag valued at $50 and notebook valued at $1 stolen during a vehicle break-in between July 3 and 5, 23000 block Oliver Lane

• ATHENS — Cat valued at $50 and dog valued at $50 stolen between July 5 and 6, 24000 block Wagon Trail

• ELKMONT — Carry On utility trailer valued at $1,750 stolen between July 1 and 6, 15000 block Section Line Road

• ATHENS — U.S. currency valued at $2,000, five debit and credit cards valued at $5, Florida drivers license valued at $1 and red Subline wallet valued at $30 stolen July 7, 12000 block Mayfield Road

• U.S. currency valued at $10.46 stolen July 4, 1100 block Market Street

• 9 mm HiPoint pistol valued at $150 stolen during a vehicle break-in between June 24 and July 6, 100 block Edinburgh Drive
