The Limestone County Sheriff's Office reported the following arrests Monday:

• Nathan Craig Adams, 33, of 20574 Todd Circle, Athens, possession of a pistol by an addict, possession of a controlled substance - methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia - first offense

• Kaitlyn Barker Day, 21, of 408 Cloverleaf Drive, Athens, first-degree possession of a forged instrument (Limestone County Drug Court)

• Zachary Moore Ebbert, 26, of 22634 Alabama 99, Elkmont, two counts of distribution of a controlled substance and one count each of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and attempting to elude (bond revocation)

• Lisa Rene Keeton, 34, of 20574 Todd Circle, Athens, two counts of identity theft and one count each of illegal possession of prescription drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia - first offense and illegal possession of a debit/credit card (warrant arrest)

• Cody Heath McGraw, 28, of 24386 Airport Road, Athens, fourth-degree theft of property

• Kaycee Danielle Rains, 27, of 211 Foy Road SE, Madison, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia - first offense

• Darrell Scott Raley, 49, of 658 County Road 587, Hanceville, negotiating a worthless non-negotiable instrument

• Mercedes Marie Week, 26, of 901 Cedar Place Road, Pulaski, Tennessee, posession of drug paraphernalia - first offense

• Kenneth Durant Newell, 49, of 9911 U.S. 72 West, Athens, violation of Sex Offender Registration and Notification Act

City arrests

The Athens Police Department reported the following arrests Monday:

• Marcia Lee Hughes, 36, of 21720 Piney Chapel Road, Lot 2, Athens, third-degree criminal trespass

• Tracy Joan Martin, 54, of 205 Schilling St., Athens, fourth-degree theft of property

• Kalen LaShae Smith, 24, of 25908 Rosedown Drive, Athens, second-degree possession of marijuana

• Amanda Posey Robinson, 48, of 16966 Lucas Ferry Road, Athens, breaking and entering a vehicle

City thefts

The Athens Police Department reported the following thefts and incidents Monday:

• Blue Chevrolet Silverado used without authorization Oct. 10, 2400 block U.S. 31 South (reported Oct. 20)

• Leather wallet containing FNB debit card, Capital One credit card and $42 in cash, total $47, stolen Oct. 18 or 19, 400 block East Pryor Street

• Windshield of Toyota Camry sustained $400 damage due to criminal mischief Oct. 19, 100 block East Sanderfer Road

• Smith & Wesson 9mm pistol valued at $300 stolen during vehicle break-in Oct. 20, 1600 block South Hine Street

• Window screen sustained $10 damage due to criminal mischief Oct. 19 or 20, 2000 block Windscape Drive

• Taurus PT738 pistol valued at $350 stolen from vehicle Oct. 20, 300 block Schilling Street

• $211.51 stolen Oct. 20, 16000 block Athens-Limestone Boulevard

• Miscellaneous items valued at $210.21 stolen Oct. 21, Walmart at 1011 U.S. 72 East
