DAPHNE, Ala. (AP) — Daphne police have arrested and charged two men with attempted murder in a shooting that wounded one man in a vehicle.
Daphne police Lt. Judson Beedy says 21-year-old Anthony Leigh of Mobile and 21-year-old Darzel Hardin of Daphne also are charged with shooting into an occupied vehicle. Both are being held in Baldwin County jail on bail of $165,000 each. It was not known if they had lawyers.
Beedy says a man was shot in the back in the incident Friday and remains hospitalized.
Police are still seeking two men for questioning. They were identified as Sawaida Arnold and Julien Demone Hardin.
